Tech: Experimental 2.5D Engine

I just wanted to show off an experimental project I did. This was an attempt to figure out how to calculate proper perspective for a 2.5D engine.

Most games just setup 1 or more layers of parallax scrolling in the background to give the game a feeling of depth. Poorly done artwork or poorly chosen scrolling speeds for the background layers can make a game look strange.

One day I would like to fully develop this idea and make sophisticated editor for it.
